Locations are grouped inside themed districts. Swipe across the world map and inspect the relevant district instead of searching only in Bop City.
Close and reopen the game after an update. For official iOS purchases that do not appear, use Restore Purchases after confirming the correct Apple account.
An all-unlocked label does not prove that every retired, limited-time, or newly released location is present. Compare the installed version and visible map instead of trusting a fixed list.
