What to check when an item does not appear
Check every subcategory
Furniture can be filed under a less obvious subcategory. Check plants, toys, drinks, pet items, indoor decorations, and outdoor sections instead of looking in only one menu.
Scroll to the bottom
Toca Boca Support says some free items and newer furniture can appear at the bottom of a category without the usual new-item marker.
Confirm the installed version
This guide is aligned with version 1.138.1. An older or incomplete build may not contain the same houses, furniture packs, or update items.
Restart after an update
Close and reopen the game after installing or updating. Official iOS purchases may also require Restore Purchases when a paid pack does not appear.
