1. Restart the app

2. Scroll to the bottom of Home Designer
The furniture pack may appear lower in the menu than expected. Check every relevant subcategory and scroll fully before treating the pack as missing.
3. Use Restore Purchases on iOS
For an official App Store purchase, open the in-game shop and use Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple account that originally bought the content.
4. Verify the original account on Android
Official Google Play purchases are tied to the account used for the purchase. Confirm that the same Google account is active before escalating the issue.
